For those who want to put the "buy" into buying European, German company Volla phone are the only phone producer I know of where you can currently buy a new device with Ubuntu Touch installed out of the box. I haven't tried it myself, but if anyone is interested they can check for experiences at the ubports forum.

I installed Ubuntu Touch on an old Nexus 6p I revived from the dead a while ago, and it's a great user experience. :)
