How does it even know their address? I'd be more concerned that my address is in their system first
The guy gave full access to the model, including managing selling his stuff on Facebook marketplace.

Because the guy was a moron.
Of course an automated process will share the pickup location.
It's something you can put on Facebook for some reason, or maybe it got it from some event planned/scheduled on Facebook.
Someone else mentioned Facebook Marketplace, if you have the person come to you for the exchange.
