Orcas: “write it down, write it down”.

Orcas love shark liver, to the extent that they will eat the liver and leave everything else. It's not a small snack either:

Pretty understandable why they don't find humans tasty in comparison.

That is a lot of liver. Also way more vertebrae than I expected.

Sharks are cartilaginous fish, with the skeletons made of cartilage. So while they're vertebrates, I'm not sure that the vertebrae function the same as bony ones.
