You know, I'm kinda surprised the French don't have some recipie that requires feeding a cow alcohol until it got a fatty liver.
Orcas: “write it down, write it down”.
Orcas love shark liver, to the extent that they will eat the liver and leave everything else. It's not a small snack either:
Pretty understandable why they don't find humans tasty in comparison.
That is a lot of liver. Also way more vertebrae than I expected.
Sharks are cartilaginous fish, with the skeletons made of cartilage. So while they're vertebrates, I'm not sure that the vertebrae function the same as bony ones.
Sorry, gotta choke a goose for a bit.
It's easier than that. Dairy cows can get fatty livers during calving if improperly fed.
Is fatty dairy cow liver a french delicacy?
Foie de boeuf!
Maybe if it was cheap vodka or something but we'd never waste the good stuff like this.
I could actually see the French claiming it's MUCH different tasting when the cow gets the fatty liver disease obly from good cognac versus the regular bottom shelf booze
I mean, I'm French, and I can tell you that respect for the quality bottle will outweigh the benefits from the better liver. Making good stuff is important but a waste of a good drink is sacrilege.
Have the cow over to watch the game and it’s not wasted anymore.
There might be something there 🤣 anything for an excuse to open the nice bottle.
“Alright cow, after the second drink we’re changing over to the cheap shit but you don’t be going and telling anyone!”
