Picard's disappearing beard here makes me upset that it's an identifier of ai upcsaling.
It has to be upscaling of some sort. That's not the original background from this interaction either.
I also dont exactly know what's going on in the background, it looks like someone opened a window or two
I don't even understand the incentive of the upscaling for a meme, and not even a high resolution image...
til now use of "ai upscaling" may commonly refer to whole-cloth image generation
