If this is passed, the EU parlament will be forced to look into it and debate about it.
No conclusions are guaranteed, but it would make sense that EU recognises this as an illegal practice and passes some regulation to prevent it.

Supposedly Google would have better time taking care of just one consumer OS instead of two, so Android is getting some PC features so that it will be able to replace ChromeOS in the future.
Thia does not look like Google Docs alternative. Readme.md says that it is much more limited, with the purpose of simplicity.

Check out OnlyOffice anf Collabora office. Both can be integrated into NextCloud.
Or CryptPad, that is also good one.
Then go a step further and check out OpenDesk, a project that aims to be a collection of various FOSS services in order to create an alternative to Microsoft Office 365 / Google Suite.
