What are some tools and methods for detecting and removing human voice from audio?

Specific case that I am interested in is this female scream at 0:04 in this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q_9NUGFsmfc

It's an old Slovenian TV show. I would like to have it's intro (0:00 - 1:10) for my ringtone.
But the female scream as part of a ringtone is not appropriate for many social situations.
Which is why I am interested in getting it removed.
Problem is that it overlaps with the start of the guitar riff, which I do want to keep in. So just selecting that part of the audio and deleting it is not a good solution.
I have been playing around with some functions in Audacity, but so far nothing resulted in "just remove the scream".

Thank you in advance for your suggestions and advice.
Are there any other communities that would know how to achieve this?

All right, good stuff.
But I'm slowly getting a feeling that there are quite a few "European alternatives" websites right now.
Will make a list of them once I have time.

The left side of the image above shows how icons currently look in LineageOS even when the dark theme is enabled in the phone settings. At least when using the default launcher, Trebuchet (com.android.launcher3).
Right side is how I imagine that icons should look like with dark theme enabled.
Ideally, this change should take affect across whole system. So on home screen, in the app drawer and in all other parts of the UI where app icons get displayed.

My two questions for you:

  1. Any ideas or suggestions for what options or workarounds could be used to achieve this right now?
    • Yes, launcher with support for custom icons could mitigate part of this issue.
    • Themed Icons affects just home screen and changes whole icons instead of just background.
  2. What would be the development / contribution process for introducing this functionality into LineageOS by default?
    • LineageOS issue tracker prohibits submission of feature requests. Which part of the internet would then be most appropriate for discussion about how to make this happen?
    • Is this even within a scope of LineageOS? Should this feature be implemented within AOSP in order to get introduced into LOS?

this post provides a good overview of this issue and possible solution. https://popcar.bearblog.dev/lemmy-needs-to-fix-its-community-separation-problem/

Are there any projects that are working on the design of some potential socio-economic / political systems, which could be used after collapse of the current system?

It seems like it would be good idea to design potential system beforehand, instead of quickly slapping one together under pressure of societal chaos.
And designing one from the start would allow for introduction of various features, which would be hard to implement by applying modifications to current system.
Features like some built-in mitigation of various kinds of corruption. Some increased flexibility for quick response to the exploitation of loopholes. Stuff like that.

Post any relevant links or resources.

PeerTube is a decentralized and federated alternative to YouTube. The goal of PeerTube is not to replace YouTube but to offer a viable alternative using the strength of ActivityPub and P2P protocols.

Being built on ActivityPub means PeerTube is able to be part of a bigger social network, the Fediverse (the Federated Universe). On the other hand, P2P technologies help PeerTube to solve the issue of money, inbound with all streaming platform: With PeerTube, you don't need to have a lot of bandwidth available on your server to host a PeerTube platform because all users (which didn't disable the feature) watching a video on PeerTube will be able to share this same video to other viewers.

If you are curious about PeerTube, I can't recommend you enough to check the official website to learn more about the project. If after that you want to try to use PeerTube as a content creator, you can try to find a platform available there to register or host yourself your own PeerTube platform on your own server.

The development of PeerTube is actually sponsored by Framasoft, a french non-for-profit popular educational organization, a group of friends convinced that an emancipating digital world is possible, convinced that it will arise through actual actions on real world and online with and for you!

If you want to contribute to PeerTube, feel free to:

Supposedly Google would have better time taking care of just one consumer OS instead of two, so Android is getting some PC features so that it will be able to replace ChromeOS in the future.

Thia does not look like Google Docs alternative. Readme.md says that it is much more limited, with the purpose of simplicity.

You want something closer to FOSS alternative to Google Docs?
Check out OnlyOffice anf Collabora office. Both can be integrated into NextCloud.
Or CryptPad, that is also good one.

Then go a step further and check out OpenDesk, a project that aims to be a collection of various FOSS services in order to create an alternative to Microsoft Office 365 / Google Suite.
It is being heralded by ZenDiS, which is mentioned in the post that you linked to.
