I honestly hope this just fuels our country to find other, better, trade partners and to also bring in free trade between provinces.

I love this, but offering the product as a 3D print isn't great. Sell me the guts and the STL, sure. But if I'm buying the whole thing, I would expect molded plastic. 3D prints are for enthusiasts or POC, not production

Overhead microwaves are terrible at venting. Lots of places don't allow over the range microwaves over gas stoves in their building code. If you can afford to do so, consider getting a proper hood fan installed

I moved all our household content from Plex to Jellyfin a few months ago and it's been pretty awesome. Can customize the shit out of it to suit your needs.
I have a QNAP server running it in a docker container and I'm not sure how to set it up on Apple TV. But if you do want external access without having to mess around with a firewall, tailscale works great and is fairly straight forward to set up.
