Actually I am living with chronic pain and so tired of trying to get help from doctors. It's so damn expensive even with insurance. I spent 4 years trying to get help and just gave up. Weed is my only escape. Fuck people who want it to be illegal. And fuck the US healthcare system.

Title says it all - I've been wanting to have them removed since the early 2000s but just don't have the nerve. Has anyone here had it done and feel like sharing/answering questions?

Edit: here are my main questions, anyone else feel free to jump in with your own:

Was it difficult finding a place to do it?

How was the recovery?

How come in American classrooms they make another language an elective. Why not teach our kids as many languages possible that way if we go somewhere we will kind of have uper hand? in c/nostupidquestions@lemmy.world
