Habe mal eine Maklerannonce gesehen für eine ziemlich kleine Bierschwemme im Hamburger Hbf - lief auf eine deutlich fünfstellige Miete für um die 20 qm raus, und das ohne Toiletten (dafür gibt's ja die kostenpflichtigen im Hbf)... Waren über 1.000 Euro pro Monat und qm.

(Für Hamburger: Das ist das kleine Ding, das im Prinzip nur aus Zapfhahn, Tresen und Sitzhockern besteht, bei den nördlichen Zugängen zu den Gleisen, also mit der Wandelhalle im Rücken.)

Ist natürlich quasi die Definition von fußläufig, potentiell mehr als eine halbe Million vorbeilaufende ~~Alkoholiker~~ Kunden pro Tag, insofern wohl berechtigte Miethöhe... Wollte nur mal meinen Eindruck von Gewerbemieten im Bahnhof mitteilen.

It's easy:

Bake pizza of your choice in pieces suiting your freezer and your appetite on baking paper.

At half of the normal baking time take those pieces out of the oven, put them onto a paper plate (or don't, I'm not your mother), and after they cooled down freeze them.

I'd advise to cover the pizza with another piece of kitchen paper and put them into a freezing bag or such before storing them in your personal Arctic.

Feels good to have the best pizza in town as a fast snack for small monies.

I updated a 15 years old laptop from an eight years old operating system to the current one. (lemmy.world)
 

Took roughly three hours because meanwhile I was doing other chores and only passed by the laptop roughly every 15 minutes to enable successive stages of the updates. It passed three complete versions of the OS until it finally installed the current version.

Everything went well, the machine is running smoothly and up to date now.

Geht um zwei Unternehmen, bei denen ich Einblick habe:

In der einen Firma (Score bei Kununu bisher um die 3, das muss man auch erstmal schaffen) tauchen seit der Einstellung einer neuen Personalreferentin sehr regelmäßig sehr positive Bewertungen auf, obwohl die zur Zeit geringe Fluktuation (es bewirbt sich da halt niemand, und die, die schon drin sind, klammern sich aus den unterschiedlichsten Gründen an ihre Posten), die bisherigen Bewertungen und vor allem die unveränderte Situation das gar nicht hergeben.

In der anderen Firma gibt es nur äußerst positive Bewertungen (Score kurz vor 5), obwohl in den vergangenen 12 Monaten die Hälfte der Mitarbeiter äußerst unzufrieden gegangen ist und die letzten Bewerber alle in der Probezeit geflüchtet sind (eine beachtliche Leistung der Geschäftsführung).

Kununu verdient halt kein Geld mit Bewertungen, sondern mit kostenpflichtigen Adminzugängen für die Unternehmen, die sich die Welt machen, widdewiddewitt, wie es ihnen gefällt. Ich bin ja dafür, dass Arbeitnehmer ihre Zeugnisse auch selber ~~fälschen~~ aufhübschen dürfen.

Gibt es andere Bewertungsportale, die belastbarere Ergebnisse liefern?

As soon as the first NK soldiers get captured it'll be interesting who will ask for their release. Interesting especially on the political side of things. And what happens if noone asks for their release?

I'm an older guy helping his kids navigate gaming, and my oldest really loves Agent Peely ingame and in videos, let's play and the likes.

As far as I could see that skin was only issued once within battle pass and never returned since... Are there any estimations when or how that special skin may return?
