Struggling not to act on my impulses all the time, doing foolish things before thinking and not being able to go more than a brief period without embarrassing myself. I thought everyone dealt with impulse control issues. Oh hey Adhd, nice to see you.

Just make more of you and spread those username tentacles. Muahah. I have three now.
Dude, you can still come over. As a Canadian you have my permission. Yes, glad to see other folks said something good about Lemmy.ca. It is nice. I agree. :)
Something's happening in Zaun.
I love them so much. Their head also kind of looks like a chocolate ice cream sandwich. What a neat lil guy.
Dude, I was telling people about tutamail on my other account and they blocked me from this instance. Why? I don't understand. (.-.) Oh well, as long as the mail alternatives are getting out there in some way.
The part of my brain that feels joy has been activated, thank you.
This is amazing. Thank you so much!! You put a lot of work into this list. It's excellent. I'm bookmarking it. :)
Omg, cough gagging is the worst. I feel that. :( Yes, lexapro is amazing! I was on it for over a decade. It was great. It lost effectiveness for me a few years ago and I had to taper off, now am in this limbo of trying different medication again. I think when there's less mental stress it absolutely does decrease physical health issues. I wouldn't be surprised if at least some of the crappy stuff I'm dealing with is stress-related. I hope you can find relief for your GI pain soon. If surgery seems like the right path to take, then I support that and I wish you all the best! No one should have to live with that their whole lives.
I've heard there's been an uptick in cancers in people under the age of fifty. The doctors still try to push the idea that you're too young to get this or that cancer if you're not a certain age, but they need to update that information. Things have changed. A much wider scope of people are prone to illness nowadays than we once were-or than was reported. I'm really sorry you were dealt this awful card, but I'm glad you finally got answers after all that time.
Thank you so much for this. I always appreciate a good detailed post like this. I have mainly GI related chronic illness, but also lots of fatigue, so these things always help.
