We just use a neck roll placed in the lap or on the stomach to rest it on while playing. It is a bit on the heavy side, but it is the first generation consumer handheld with that kind of power so I can excuse that.

Oh I was merely expanding a little on that yes, we are in agreement;) I commented before my first coffee, so my phrasing could've been better.

Well regular soldiers also get hired to do that, the big difference is the employer, as a regular soldier you're employed by the state, as a mercenary by a private entity.

In war they are more or less treated the same under the law, they're counted as regular combatants.

Mercenary business is always at least a little shady, since they often get used for shady stuff.

Oh yeah, if you use them often enough you'll get a feel for how much pressure you can use, I'm comfortable with using a little smack to close them, but I used to work in a cocktail bar, so I have some experience with them.

I don't know if you did that, but for anybody struggling with those:

You're supposed to put them together at an angle, so that the outer wall of the tins forms one straight line from top to bottom. Like this:

Tin tin shaker fixed at an angle

To open it you take them into one hand, hold them on the side where they form the straight line. Then take your other hand and gently smack against the part where the both tins connect with your palm

Here:

Since tin tins are hard to break (though not impossible I can tell from experience) you could also use a hard surface and more force if needed.

If they're still stuck, let some warm water run on where they connect and try again. Although the drink might get watery if you take too much time.

Under "Goals" on the Wikipedia page.

Its goal is to allow consumers to compare the overall nutritional value of food products from the same group (category), including food products from different manufacturers.

But, I agree that it's confusing. The fact that you could miss the point of them even after skimming the Wikipedia shows how flawed their design is by not explaining it in simple terms on the label. And the Wikipedia page is also bad, why is it not mentioned in the first sentence in the introduction part?

I've seen the explanation on tv once or twice but I agree, it's confusing.

Oh yeah it's confusing labeling, I agree.

...that's not how those work.

If a frozen pizza gets a B that means compared to OTHER frozen pizzas it has a higher nutritional value.

It compares similar products for nutritional value, not the overall "healthiness" of all products compared with each other.

So you can compare a salami pizza with a veggie pizza or a cereal bar with cereals, but not a strawberry yogurt with a chocolate bar, because those are not within the same product group.

Yeah if it has a NSFW blur in this community, just assume it's nsfl. I would also rather have a nsfl tag, but it was decided that the[Combat] tag implicates the nsfl part.

European red squirrel, northern Germany.

We live right next to a park, where a tree grows partially over our balcony, so the little one can safely come and go. Over the past weeks she's gotten more curious and has been exploring every corner of the balcony, she's also gotten more comfortable with our presence.

A few days ago we were having tea outside and she joined us briefly, so we put out some hazelnuts and she returned immediately from her lookout on the tree.

First she checked from a safe distance.

She then brought the nuts into several hiding spots around and returned again, at this point she really started to muster us. She then made a big jump right on to our table, ran across it until she sat 30cm in front of my girlfriend and stared right into the camera, that's where we took the title picture.

The photo is slightly out of focus because she ran up to us so boldly, we couldn't turn the zoom down quickly enough.

After that photo we put the camera down, to enjoy the moment more, she ran around us a little bit and then retreated back to her tree.

It seems like we made a friend that day, she comes by periodically, we bought more nuts and although she is careful around us, she accepts our presence. We can move slowly and also talk normally, just fast movements makes her a little skittish.

So greetings from Hazel to all of you, we wish you and your squirrel friends a merry autumn!
