That's the crux with developing countries. If a citizen can make 20x their salary somewhere else why wouldn't they?
Should we block people from emigrating? Is limiting their freedom good for us/them?
It's a tricky question because like you say in the long term their home country would most likely benefit from them staying.
Ah ok, I was mostly talking about hosting Foundry itself but that sounds promising if it's relatively easy. I have some stuff set up but I'm very inexperienced when it comes to hosting etc

Gimp is not intuitive at all. Krita or Paint.net are good free alternatives and Affinity photo is great (but not free)
I backed the Kickstarter back in 2012 or so. Maybe I'll be able to play it when I retire :D
Ease of use and screen sharing. It's incredibly easy to share your screen with others in the call/room which I haven't seen replicated to the same quality elsewhere.
I have a lot of other issues with discord though, I strongly dislike that people have started to use it as a replacement for traditional forums
For all their flaws at least the pt expanded the universe in a coherent and believable way.
I tried it when it first launched, perhaps its just me getting older but the portal mechanic was just tedious. Learning maps is already hard enough without enemies being able to teleport around.
