The only opinion that ultimately matters is your own. If not shaving your legs makes you happier than if you did then thats your answer. I can understand wanting to look appealing to a potential partner but its your body not theirs. As usual the best advice is to talk about how you feel with your potential partner. Talk about how you feel more like you when you do have hairy legs and then its up to them whether they can deal with your decision or they can't and move on

Got the bug to rewatch the TNG movies after rewatching the show. They really pushed the IP out of its comfort zone with those movies it feels like. Like sure there was mass death and body horror in the show itself but the movies made it feel much more real and visceral not just shaking the camera and having everyone stumble about in a cardboard set.

Little sidebar for the show too. For a show thats 35 years old its surprising how well some of the social development episodes hold up. Like for example "The Outcast" the one about a androgynous species where some start to have a preference the speech Soran gives at her inquisition is powerful and perfectly topical to today. On the other hand "Journeys End" the one with Native Americans is reeeealllly rough to watch nowadays

Had a gas pump that I couldn't mute the ads at and they played so loud that I'm sure the people inside could hear. Despite having some of the cheaper gas in town I will never go back

Mine wasn't a pleasant experience either time if I'm being honest. I technically went in voluntarily but the people I was around didn't really give me a choice. Not saying it was the wrong choice but I digress.

The point of the place I was in was to keep me from killing myself for a few days, thats kinda it. No doorknobs or hinges, no shower heads, no cloth towels, very thin bedding in a very cold building. They tried to change some medication, tried some group therapy type get-togethers but it was cliche and soulless. I wasn't allowed my phone or any electronic at all, I could bring a few books but that was the last thing I wanted to do while I was there. Mostly ended up sitting in silence in the little interior cube of outside we had access to and watching ancient reruns on the one TV the ward had.

I'm alive so they did their job at the time but the experience was traumatizing and did more to hurt me than help.

Don't get me wrong, if you feel you are out of control of yourself then please use this resource and take care of yourself just realize they aren't there to make you better. They're there to get you past a crisis so you have the chance to make yourself better later.

Eh a little surface rust never hurt nobody. Barkeepers friend is probably overkill in this case. I'd just dump in like 50g of kosher salt and maybe 20-30ml of a neutral oil and scrub it around real well before rinsing out the salt, drying the pan over heat and beginning the seasoning process.
