This. Mount it to a ruzzian truck, send it back to ruzzia and hunt for Vlad Binladen 2.0

Genuine Question, when you randomly shoot shotgun shells into the sky like that. Is there a chance they land and hurt someone? Or do they scatter so much that no one will be seriously injured?

Happens on dove hunts all the time. As long as it doesn't hit your eyeball, it's less painful than a rubber band snap.

The probability of one of those pellets hitting someone is so small that it wouldn't even matter, but I think they would slow down to terminal velocity before they hit the ground. Would probably feel like an airsoft BB.

And even if they would hurt someone, this is a war zone where deadly bullets and ammunition are flying left and right, a few extra shotgun pellets don't make much of a difference and not being spotted by the russian drones is probably saving much more lives than a few pellets might take.
