Welcome to /c/Gay - Your LGBTQ+ Haven

We're more than just a community; we're your haven for celebrating LGBTQ+ culture and connecting with like-minded individuals.

Our Partnered Discord Server: GayWave

Community Rules:

~ 1. No bigotry. Hating someone off of their race, culture, creed, sexuality, or identity is not remotely acceptable. Mistakes can happen but do your best to respect others.

~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person. This includes speculating about someones sexuality, no matter how "obvious" it may be.

~ 4. Keep it LGBTQ+ related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.

~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love posts but 3-4 in an hour is plenty enough.

~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.

~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon' and fuck over our artist friends.

Refuse to believe they aren't a cute couple.

(Alpha would just be a jerk if he randomly said that. As part of a convo it works.)

Yeah, I thought it was like their thing - beta likes to wear those sexy dresses but is kinda shy about it, and alpha loves to see him in them so he's pushing him on. Happy people all around!

That is such a wholesome view of the alpha male toxicity! You can also imagine he is the tough guy, so he’s going out with beta to make sure he has a good time and no one bullies him. What a great friend! A true definition of alpha male is a protector everyone can count on

But what if I (straight-ish) prefer it to be that conversation?

Sometimes dressing slutty and being told what to do sounds nice 🤷‍♂️

In a relationship with good communication, it's a blast.

Some rando channeling their inner Andrew Tate and telling you what to wear on the first date almost guarantees you're going to leave unfulfilled and probably with oral herpes.

This is 100% a conversation between the two of them. 🤵

That second way could be passable if it weren't for that last sentence

Into adulthood, and I'm pretty sure that if I sent my significant other "You're gonna have the best night of your life. See you at 9pm" they'd be excited.

If your S/O doesn't like surprises that's one thing, but if your S/O isn't happy to be informed they're going on a date with you then you might want to think about what you're looking for in a partner (assuming you like going out on dates of course)

Are those siren emojis beside his name?

[–] ada@lemmy.blahaj.zone 20 points 10 months ago

I think they're red flags

[–] uriel238@lemmy.blahaj.zone 12 points 10 months ago

Just as a note, if I were to show up in the tight red dress and did not in fact, have the best night of my life (or at least a solid showing) my disappointment would be palpable.

But then I'm the sort who, calling FedEx customer service about a lost package, would point to the motto When It Absolutely Positively Has To Be There Overnight, Which obviously, in this case, did not happen.

Just don’t make eye contact and loudly declare “No Homo” after every orgasm, and it’s certified straight sexual activity.

[–] FauxLiving@lemmy.world 3 points 10 months ago

I know from Internet lore that it isn't gay if the balls don't touch

[–] HawlSera@lemm.ee 6 points 10 months ago

Sorry, but it is.

9pm? At night?
