Good idea, from what I read, Americans are constantly complaining about California anyway. About their liberalism, their woke Hollywood, weird laws, weird people and how it doesn't represent the "real America". I think they'll actually be happy they get rid of it
And we'll be happy to be rid of them!
As an American midwesterner, I support the effort to buy California, and will be making my way to the state border to finally move to a better country.

No. This revolutionary war was not fought over taxation alone but over taxation without representation. Give California a seat or two in the danish parliament.
Why would a US state with a GDP significantly larger than the country wanting to buy it allow it to be taxed?

California is so big and economically powerful that they can make their own country if they want. And their government is anti Trump already.
Some place like Florida or the Southern states.

- What's California ever done to you? They're anti-Trump. They should be left alone. Denmark should buy Florida instead: good riddance for the US, it has nice weather too and it's at no risk of being obliterated by a giant earthquake.
