Long time resident of California. Previous resident of Denmark (never a citizen though). I'd welcome this with open arms.

Florida is damaged goods. Try selling it to China, they have less standards in what they buy.

A giant earthquake in Florida won't obliterate it, but one in Africa or Spain, and the resulting tsunami could.
