No, not in the slightest. They will try anything and everything to get what they want, and usually succeed because there aren't any actual safeguards in place.

Metroid Prime 4 will be on the OG Switch, so no worry about missing out there. It will probably leak like most Nintendo games have been lately and I'll get to play it early on my modded Switch, even. I think a new 3D Mario is what I'll be missing out on, which will hurt, but not enough that I'll be willing to pay almost $500 to play it.

I'm hoping to get one soon. I've really enjoyed my jailbroken Switch and the prospect of a more powerful, even more open portable is enticing.
