The animation is good, but part of the joke is that it looks like Jucika is coming down to see the guy in the second panel before revealing that she just wants to get rid of the radio in the third. Her facial expression and body language in the animation give away the punchline way too early.
That’s it, this comic needs to be a modern animated series.

But on web it links to https://i.imgur.com/qyqQPh9.mp4 which works.
Its a bug in Thunder probably, because the raw content of your comment definitely contains the latter.

You want to be a passive aggressive criminal that breaks in to other peoples homes just to break their stuff?
Passive aggressive? This is just regular aggressive, guy. And the man deserves it for blaring his music at night with the window open.
There's nothing in the comic suggesting the radio is even on, the guy is even reading a book.
Ah yes I'm sure the author intended for it to be clear that she's just being an asshole and the guy definitely wasn't listening to music. She's not the main character of the strip or anything. Jesus christ. It's a comic strip, it's not that serious, grow up.
I really can't see what leads you to the conclusion that sound is emitted from that radio. There's literally nothing to indicate that.
