Mod says:

Posts need a relevant wiki article link.

Please put memes in the comments + check the sidebar before posting. Meme posts without a relevant link will be yoinked.

Probably not possible. I was curious and went to look up the actual article myself, and it looks like it was deleted in 2022; I assume that this submitted image has been floating around for at least somewhere north of four years.

The joke is that you can help the world by creating a rebel group which in turn gets added to the list.

[–] yucandu@lemmy.world 5 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Autism is very common in niche online message board communities.

[–] x00z@lemmy.world 4 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Yes and your comment is either unrelated or prejudicial.

[–] yucandu@lemmy.world 1 points 21 hours ago (1 children)

A common symptom of autism is having difficulty understanding jokes.

I am autistic, can you tell me why you think my disorder is prejudiced?

[–] x00z@lemmy.world 1 points 21 hours ago (1 children)

core misunderstood the joke. You instantly considered them autistic. That's prejudice.

[–] yucandu@lemmy.world 1 points 17 hours ago (1 children)

Yes, misunderstanding jokes is a common symptom of autism. "Prejudice" is usually reserved for when you accuse someone of wrongdoing or a bad thing without evidence, why do you consider autism a bad thing?

[–] x00z@lemmy.world 1 points 5 hours ago

I don't know what you are trying to do here, but it seems extremely bad faith.

prejudice /prĕj′ə-dĭs/ noun

  1. The act or state of holding unreasonable preconceived judgments or convictions.
  2. An adverse judgment or opinion formed unfairly or without knowledge of the facts.
  3. Irrational suspicion or hatred of a particular social group, such as a race or the adherents of a religion.

You hold false convictions and have formed an opinion without knowledge of facts. That's prejudice.

And then you try to frame me as somebody who considers autism a bad thing? Nice try but that just shows how much of a bad faith actor you are.

I think the OP meant to expand the rebel groups by creating your own or expanding by join an existing one, and not snitching by expanding the list on wiki.

[–] NocturnalMorning@lemmy.world 1 points 1 day ago

You know the saying about snitches..

[–] glimse@lemmy.world 16 points 2 days ago (1 children)

This community is for interesting Wikipedia articles, not memes

[–] tal@lemmy.today 8 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Not only that...even if OP had linked to it, it doesn't even look like the Wikipedia article by that name presently exists.

Apparently it was deleted in early 2022.

Some portion of us are from all and/or enjoy chaos.

Mod might let it fly for a few days for visibility.

[–] Plum@lemmy.world 4 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

That's a bingo.

I stickied the verbal warning. If it keeps happening, then we nuke the errant posts.

[–] avidamoeba@lemmy.ca 2 points 1 day ago

I know the rules and upvoted. The mod knows what they're doing.

I wish organizing was that easy.

[–] glups@piefed.social 15 points 2 days ago (3 children)

[–] MeatPilot@sh.itjust.works 7 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Can I be #3? We can be the "Lemmy Liberation Liberals" Shortened to lll

[–] FrowingFostek@lemmy.world 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I like this. I like this a lot.

Primary objective: Generate shitposts and memes that piss off the the Right.

Secondary objective: Come up with an awesome battlecry. I'm going to workshop some high pitched lemming screams.

I wouldn't belong to any club that would have me as a member.

[–] RaoulDuke25@lemmy.dbzer0.com 3 points 2 days ago (1 children)

Just start with a club and make the first rule that you don't talk about the club.

you want narcs? that's how you get narcs.

it's gotta be rule number 7 after "No outside food or drink" and before "Do not take personal checks from [MrSelfDestruct]" then people don't think it's that serious but still serious enough
