Look at all the fat that has accumulated around the bigger ladies heart. That's one of the reasons obesity kills. Fatty adipose tissue is extremely vascular, meaning it has a lot of blood flowing through it, so that the store can be utilized as energy when the need arises. This means a lot more blood, which means your heart has to work harder, pumping more blood, further into deep recesses of these fatty deposits. At the same time as your heart is being stressed, fatty tissue accumulates around the heart, making it harder for the heart to pump, not to mention that more mass has been added to their frame, so when they lie down, more weight sitting on the heart, giving it an even harder time pumping.
This is why obesity kills, and why preaching "healthy at every size" is objectively wrong. Too much fat kills you. It'll kill you dead. Years off your life.
