Biathlon. Would love to see a horse fire a rifle.
Most sports are worse when you add in animal cruelty imo
I'd argue that most equestrian sports would be better with bicycles. Bicycle polo is apparently a thing.

Does the horse ride along in the car with its head sticking out of the roof, or do multiple horses carry each car around the course? Or! Do horses pull a wagon with the car on it?
The horse is in the driver seat.

This thread is terrible, the obvious answer is surfing.
I do not enjoy hockey, but let's not for a second pretend that Polo is better than hockey.

Synchronized swimming.
Shooting. Preferably with an equestrian event style course. Would be rather entertaining I think but spectator seating would be…. Complicated.
