Yeah, his braille skills are good enough.
Yeah, they put braille on the side of the highways. Although the guy who put it there clearly doesn't speak braille. When you try to read it, your car just says BRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!! until you stop reading it.
I literally just got back from picking up my new glasses.
