Things known for years/decades are almost guaranteed not to be known by most Albertans. Conservative governments always go for diminishing education early to make it easier to manipulate an uninformed populace.
Pretty well trod formula because its so goddamn effective. It's why I've always figured genetic memory was bullshit; we've been blowing it for so long you'd think we'd jump at fascists and warlords like we do snakes and rats
