Or he could just call up people who have received it (or their heirs if deceased), and have one of them give him theirs, like he did with the Nobel Prize. Maybe even several of them, so he can brag that he was awarded more Medals of Honor than anyone in history.
So we're gonna need to build a Truman show set, with actors (or fucking clones, I dunno) of people in his admin, to literally contain his madness.

If he weren't in such a powerful position where his shallow childishness was harmless, it would be hilarious how sad this dude is. This medal doesn't matter, ultimately. But apparently the thought that he might get an undeserving Nobel prize was all that held him back from starting multiple wars. He needs a full time ass kisser that praises him when he's not a complete psychopath to reinforce that behavior.
Is the Medal of Honor enough? Given Trump's qualities, doesn't he warrant some form of higher award that would place him somewhere above all the existing Medal of Honor awardees?
The Medal of Honor has non-gold components. He could make a new medal out of solid gold. And call it whatever he wanted. The Medal of Extraordinary Honor, say.
Ya know. There are better materials than gold. I think he should get a uranium or plutonium medal that he can wear right over his heart.
