So quick question, have you been tested for sleep apnea? It’s been fairly common with my friends and they claim that the machine helps, just a thought if you haven’t been screened for it yet.

So much this!! Get tested now!!
In was diagnosed at 40 after basically an entire life of always waking up tired.
The first night after sleeping with the CPAP machine, was the first time I woke up feeling rested. Life changer!!
nop and doesnt even sound like i ever personally would ve had it nor my Parents/Family O.o
Sleep apnea often goes undiagnosed, and anyone can have it regardless of family history and physicality.
In any case, if your sleep quality is bad, and you have the means, I recommend doing a sleep study at a clinic. Ask your doctor about it. You basically sleep there for a night with a bunch of wires on you, and they can tell you whether you're having apneas or a host of other possibilities. It's the best way to figure out what's going on. Highly recommend it.
seems hypothyroidism can cause extreme fatigue? are the meds not high enough dose.
i recenetly upgrade my Dose of Levothyroxine from 75mg to 88mg so i cant image THATS the Problem O.o
Might want to repest that blood test and see if your levels of magnesium, zinc and B are up to snuff. If not, start taking trace mineral drops and b1 and bentofiamine which is a fat soluble version of b1.
Also D, iron.
oh right wait i DO take one other Medication that being for my Tin Levels XD
Are you taking your levothyroxine in the morning? How're your sleep hygiene habits (avoiding caffeine / alcohol before bed, avoiding screentime before bed, having a set sleep schedule, etc)? Are you taking any other medications, do you have any other diagnoses?
Outside of Autism and ADHD nop :P
tho i dont take any other Medication outside of my Levo >.>
ALso i do not have a Set Sleep Schudule sadly tho i dont drink any of Coffee/Alcohol before Bed :P
Have you looked into idiopathic hypersomnia?
That honestly sounds more like it :P
You mentioned you have ADHD, I'm pretty sure I experience similar chronic fatigue. I sleep 8 hours an evening no problem, but nothing ever helps. Even with my stimulant I could still take a big nap. The fatigue intensifies when my stimulant wears off. It's troubling but I just have to manage the bare minimum to navigate life sleepy because nothing seems to help.
