So this is something i just wanna ramble about it buts its very VERY Annoying :c
For Example i do not have DIabetes Type 2 or even Type 1 as my Last Blood withdrawal was a Month Ago and the test was Negative on Things like Diabetes >.>

I do have Hypothyroidism and take Medication against it (Levothyroxine 88mg) which i do take with SOda sadly as i else cant gulp it down :(
But otherwise i have no Real Issues or take other Medication nor do i experience any Side Effects of such Medication >.>

I DO however have Sleeping Issues tho even when i sleep for 8 - 10 Hours i need to take atleast a 1 Hour Nap which is quite embrassing X_X

I dont know if its because im getting Older (Im nearing my Mid 20s soon) or if its due to my Diet but i am kinda at a loss for Words and wanted to ask other People who arte more informed about such SUbjects maybe :(

I do not outside of that 0,5l SOda in the Morning drink anything else Sugary like its just 1l or 1.5l of Water usually since a few Days >.>

tho i do still Snack a bit sadly :(
which usually means Sweets like Candy Bars and such :(
My Calorie intake doesnt usually go above 1800 - 2000kcal tho >.>
But i wont lie that yesterday i had a Calore intake of 3000kcal X_X

Sleep apnea often goes undiagnosed, and anyone can have it regardless of family history and physicality.

In any case, if your sleep quality is bad, and you have the means, I recommend doing a sleep study at a clinic. Ask your doctor about it. You basically sleep there for a night with a bunch of wires on you, and they can tell you whether you're having apneas or a host of other possibilities. It's the best way to figure out what's going on. Highly recommend it.
