This is one of the very few practical use cases for NFTs. You could embed a maximum price, and the cost of maintaining the record would not be an issue if you scrapped it after the show or tour was complete.

The best experience I had with this was on my last The Cure concert. The band demanded that Ticketmaster to only allow resale only for the price of purchase on the platform and it worked flawlessly.

It is definitely possible.
