That's a super neat concept! You don't even that to change the acronym: non-fungable tickets.
The best experience I had with this was on my last The Cure concert. The band demanded that Ticketmaster to only allow resale only for the price of purchase on the platform and it worked flawlessly.
It is definitely possible.
