Even though China and Russia promise to be ethical and won't use AI for nefarious things?
I can't wait until they develop artificial intelligence. Right now it is just throwing meaningless words around and travelling a dystopic path in terms of "hunches" where this "AI" may lead. Intelligence implies sentience.
