What reason do they have to have offices in Canada?

And what's stopping a patriotic Canadian from going in there and proclaiming Canadian freedom all over it?

They're in the American embassy and consulates.

From the article:

“These skilled and highly trained special agents focus on a wide variety of serious crimes, like drug trafficking, child exploitation, weapons smuggling, human smuggling, financial fraud, and more.”

TLDR: They're not armed and can't arrest people.

In my opinion, it was all entirely reasonable when the US administration was an ally and a civilised democracy. It might be something we should re-evaluate for current circumstances.

Neither can the ICE that is deporting people and killing US citizens. They're not arresting them, they're not cops. They are putting them in concentrations camps, but they are allowed to carry guns, I think?

To be fair, they're experts at all of those things now.

If your not in Ottawa the American consulate is also a nice place to picket.

In Toronto it's on university Avenue.

Finding people to arrest for not being US citizens is easier outside of the US

Well guess we should go give them the traditional nazi welcome.

We should kick them out; US is a not really our good friends anymore.
