Not once in my enlistment, such as it was, did I question what was in the pants of fellow service members.
Nor did I question their capabilities when they were needed.

The most vicious soldier I ever met was a middle aged 5'4" female supply sergeant. The idea that someone's gender/race/etc is a determining factor on someone's ability here is absolutely absurd.
And anyone that actually paid attention and cared about their fellow service members would absolutely know that.
I've seen 5'4" middle aged women and I'm not surprised one was the most vicious soldier you've met. 40 years of demanding to be taken seriously make one tough
The title is missing a key point here:

This isn't a final decision if you took it that way.
Yeah, but it sure as hell isn’t a good sign.
Fuck Trump.
Letting it stand while they hear the case means that those affected by the ban are hurt. This means the court is allowing the ban to harm people. This means that the court is ignoring the harm it causes. This means the court has already come to an opinion. This means that the hearing is merely a formality.
"Let it play out in the courts" is such a sick game of making people wait for justice when it's clearly, painfully unconstitutional stuff they want to let wind through the courts. The justices know that letting the law take it's sweet time with these matters means that even if, in the end, it's deemed unconstitutional, that in the meantime people will have their rights needlessly violated.
Such a fucking joke with so many things that are painfully plainly unconstitutional on their fucking faces. But that's been the sick game the courts play with people's lives for decades now, hiding behind the idea that it's so complex and needs to be worked out legally. It's actually not all that fucking complex at all you fucking hacks. If it deprives someone of their civil rights, it should be stamped out immediately, not playing this fucking bullshit dithering and dilly-dallying game of "but does it actually deprive people of their civil rights?" because no shit it does, Sherlock!

This is the GOP playbook for everything. Judges need to be knocking this shit down harder. Lawyers need to be getting sanctioned and arrested when they play fucking games. And the GOP should be fucking paying for it, not my tax dollars. Defend your own fucked up policies you Nazi fucks.

I think he wants them out so that when he orders the military to round up trans, there won't be any military personnel to object. But he's stupid.
Plenty of people will object regardless if they themselves are trans or not.
This is trumps biggest weakness.
He doesn't understand empathy, solidarity, integrity. Because he has none.
And he gets sidelined when others act on those values because he just can't understand why anyone would stick their neck out for someone else.
