There's only 2 rules that I can think of right now
Rule 1: Don't ridicule
Rule 2: Don't be an arsehole

If you can think of anything else let me know. Cheers.

Leftover curry. Had plenty of time to develop so nice and hot!

Grilled fish (snapper) with salad for me.

Been ages since a simple fish thing.

turkey tenderloins seared with orange, brown & basmati rice, green beans....also gifted an awesome sourdough from a neighbor...like, that's his hobby! he's had a 'masa madre' for years and he makes all different kinds of bread and sometimes dropped one off at the restaurant.

2 burger patties made with spring onions, chopped coriander and heaped tbsps of Persian 7 spice mix, served with a spoon of yoghurt and some cucumber

And a mango ice cream. I made them yesterday. A 1 kilo bag of frozen mango chunks half defrosted, 1 cup of lactose free yoghurt, 1 cup of lactose free milk, 4 tbsp sugar. Puree with a stick blender in a big jug. Makes about 2 litres. Spoon into icy pole molds and even ice cube trays. makes about 2 dozen.
