I've seen that said, yet there are no stills from said movie, just this one photo. No comment anywhere from the people behind the movie, who would surely love the viral advertising.
There are multiple articles confirming that this was a prop for a Seth Rogan film erected (lol) temporarily in Maple Ridge, BC in 2021.

Thanks I really tried to look at this image to find AI stuff, but I could not really find anything obvious. As this image is from 2021 it's notnAI slop.
