It was a busy week, didn't play anything for significant amount of time. Maybe an hour or so for both Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition and Dragon Age: The Veilguard

What about all of you? What have you been playing?

I need to get back to Trails game. Was playing the Trails in the Sky SC, when got stuck on the boss, and they announced the remakes, so just dropped those. Maybe I should start with Trails from Zero. Since they are available on console, would be easier to play them.

The main issue with playing these games out of order is that you get some spoilers from previous arcs. As an example, there's a character storyline from the Sky trilogy that is finished in Zero.

But if you're OK with that I'd say "go for it". I played the games up to CS3 out of order (Sky 1/2 -> CS 1/2/3 -> Sky 3 -> Zero/Azure) and I don't think it hurt my enjoyment of the series.

Just keep in mind that the later games in CS storyline (3/4/Reverie) ramp up the connections to Zero/Azure, which is why I paused after CS3 to go back and catch up on the older games.

That's the main reason I haven't played them yet. I really loved the first one, but my ability (or maybe willingness) to play older games is going down. I guess I should wait for the remake.
