If you're not familiar with r/Fednews, it's a subreddit where gov workers are sharing stories.

Unionizing is already going to be a uphill battle in this Trump era. But don't quit. Don't feel like it's a hopeless cause. They want you to quit. They want you to be angry and get rid of you.

If you want change, then stay. Do just enough. Wait for an opening and force them to fire you.

That's what they did during the democrat presidents.

But that's a private sector job, here I was replying to someone talking about pubic servants not being unionized, which to me is completely ridiculous!

My point was that the anti-union propaganda is everywhere. And it's pretty damn effective, considering the current state of things.
