Ah yes, the just stop testing method. Worked flawlessly every other time it was attempted.
I do hear that getting rid of all the doctors cuts diagnosis rates way down.
Can't have cancer rates if we don't test for cancer *taps head
And people that report on that negatively will be raided by the cops.
