Specifically, these Nintendo Switch emulators illegally circumvent Nintendo’s TPMs in order to run illegal copies of Nintendo Switch games.

I mean, sure, that's what they do when people use them for that. 🤷 I can play Game Boy games in my browser, should we take down all the browsers, too?

How would Nintendo download their pirated ROMs to sell to their customers without a browser though?
