se hai esperienza di self-hosting con linux a casa, e hai una linea decente, penso sia affrontabile.

sinceramente, lascia perdere.
E' un bellissimo hobby mettere su magari un web server.
Non comincerei con un server peertube , ecco
@DigiDavidex @luca @informapirata @privacypride non so se conosci YunoHost, ottimo per iniziare self hosting abbastanza guidato. Se non sbaglio nel catalogo delle app gestite c'è PeerTube
