I think Fuck China and Fuck Russia would be more useful responses to this.

Different countries have different laws, should not be a surprise. If you want to make business there you follow the laws. Same as the reason why mobiles now all have USB-C, laws in the EU. Or why you can decline to have your data collected (if any website doesn't just ignore your choice) because of Laws in some country.

Is it terrible that a country is violating, what we consider human rights? yes.
