Congrats, must be pretty happy there. Double check that this is a bulbous, which are easy to propagate. Wait till next spring so the offshoot can mature and make some roots. It's as simple as pulling them out of the pot together, separating the bulbs, and putting them into their own pots.

Nice! By and large these kinds of plants seem to be doing well in semi-hydro for me.
