Government survey using surveymonkey?
I've seen them use Qualtrics before so I wouldn't be surprised.
What I am suspicious about tho is that official accounts weren't linked.
Here's a page on the official Transport Canada website that does indeed link to the same survey as OP.
It'll be better than whatever shit they come up with themselves. They'll have you logging in with your bank authentication and still want to mail you a PIN so you can then enable OTP and send you a text code. And then it'll be offline 6 days out of 7 for "maintenance".
Goddamn, their web developers are fucking horrid. Use a spam account email with surveymonkey and count yourself lucky it's working long enough to actually pass on your opinion about headlights.
Have you seen the dev salaries, it's no wonder.
I did coop at govt and they don't make it easy to do the right thing
It's the "fuck them, they're going to do what we damn well tell them to do" attitude that just pisses me off. They get no benefit from making things more difficult, but they do it because they can.
