Break out the burlap sack, boys.

Well, that's what you get when you put in power a son of a bitch for a king.

Great news for data sovereignty! Let's hope more in the europe follow suit.

Am Southern Europe, can confirm.

Nice Pioneer you got there, and the arm is a beauty, too.

An all too familiar story. Some early CDs from these 90s bands are pretty good, though (before everything went to brickwall city), but IIRC I don't think Badmotorfinger's one of the better ones.

Now, try imagining the Junkions speaking Fox News TV.

I guess, the three bottom ones are mid-bass, I think. Then, the top ones are mids and tweeters (not too sure how to put it into English). It has a speaker underneath, as well, that acts like a subwoofer.

Music is a powerful medium, it can connect you to people you've never met feeling the same things you're feeling and helping you make sense of it, especially when you're a teen. It's a shame Chris couldn't make it through his own hell, but I like to think he (and obviously others) gave everyone else a better chance at life, through his art.

It really sucks when you have to give up your records. It's especially painful for those grunge early pressings, because some of the analogue tapes got lost or people starting moving towards DAT or other formats. But, hey, there's a lot people out there bringing up these records back, it's just a matter of time before they make another badass pressing you can buy in stores.

So I got this German remaster from the 320 series for my birthday, and I've got to say this vinyl series is quietly nudging its way into my collection. Apparently, this is a 2003 remaster that used the analogue master tapes, and it sounds awesome.

I love the separation and how tridimensional it sounds, especially in the vocals. For such a beast of a record, there's a whole lot going on at all times, and you can definitely appreciate all the little overdubs and interplay. It's such a raw and powerful album, while at the same time a spectacle of musicianship, and this pressing lets that shine through without being buried under compression. On the contrary, it's a pretty crankable disc.

If you'd tell me this is the best Badmotorfinger ever sounded, I'd believe you.

Hells yeah! How does Wheels of Fire sound? Did you have any previous pressing to compare to?

Vaccination is not mandatory in Romania. In 2015, responsibility for administering vaccines was shifted exclusively to GPs, increasing bureaucracy and piling pressure on to an already stretched system.

This here is the central issue, I would say. It needs to become a public health priority, in as much as to become mandatory practise and independent of GP appointments.

Had an early US press with the Pecko cut and heard some very good things about the german 320 series remaster from the noughties, so decided to buy one in near mint to get the best out of that album and its quieter songs. Turned out the 320 I got was in worse shape than advertised, but on the other hand, my early US press was better off than I remembered.

The US is more detailed, especially in the highs, and I feel like the separation is better, too, although it sometimes feels like it lacks a bit of low-end. But the 320 is no slouch and IIRC, it's also AAA, so some care went into it for sure. It's a pretty balanced mastering job and it lacks no punch for a Zeppelin record, but at the end of the day the early press wins, IMO.

All in all, I'd say if you can't get an OG or early cut for cheap, the 320 won't leave you hanging and it's a great bang for buck.
