Sure but it’s mostly been that way for awhile. The players on the board shift, but it’s almost always Java, or Microsoft’s flavor of the decade or classic C or objective c or swift or whatever. Are you arguing that big tech will lock down their documentation on APIs and proprietary language behind their own AIs so that developers are forced to “vibe code” them through AI interaction only, and open source models will be unable to train on them?

Yeah excellent might have been a little too much praise, but I haven’t seen any other public PSAs trying to point out to people what’s happening to online services and doing a decent job of it
Yeah it was a short PSA for average people, not power users. If it wasn’t funny a lot of people lose interest. It only spends the first 25% on the unrelated comedy bit. And the real point is to get people to the site at the end to learn more.
