Yes. You shouldn't be allowed to have a second house to rent out. The problem is limited supply in a given area, and if everyone buys a second, third, fourth house (or townhouse) then there is no supply left for people that want to actually buy to live in that house. Frankly I think it's unethical. There are plenty of other ways to invest your money.

I also don't think this position is limited to leftists, although yes the leftists here have a very dramatic take. I think anyone that thinks about this should see the problem.

That is the answer, sorry to say you just don't want to accept it.

Perhaps an example but this time with media. The right wing media is happy and gleeful to twist, misportay, and even straight out lie. The left wing media can't do the same thing because they are beholden to the truth. It's the same thing. That's my last reply.

You got your answer, and your response is "but but but have they considered burning it all down?"

One side is happy and gleeful to burn it all down. And the other side is beholden to not burning it all down.

Idk TOS had iconic characters that could be reprised, because the character was so strong.

TNG was focused more on the story and the setting, which you can do with any cast. Also the most iconic character was Data and I'm not sure any retake on that character (because there has to be some variation) would work well.

Putin's ability to directly impact American lives is limited. And what he does do (inflation on food, gas) is too far removed for most to understand.

This helps explain the low pay high workload mantra.

“Elon won’t go home. I can’t get rid of him,” Trump said Wednesday. “Until I don’t like him.”

The world’s richest man has reportedly spent “nearly every single day” of the last week at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate ...

“Everyone laughed,” said O’Donnell. “They laughed that uncomfortable laugh. But they laugh when Donald Trump makes a joke about someone on his team, a joke that everyone knows is true, a joke that paints that person as pathetic, as Donald Trump’s personal sense of superiority demands that he do.”

Yeah don't go to mini Russia.

I listened to many interviews with people convinced that Trump wouldn't do the things he said he would do. They definitely won't acknowledge the things he said he won't do.

Then you make a rule "no low effort political questions".

Seriously? Political questions, political related questions, and international political related questions.

The one you listed is for essentially for posting articles.

That's where they breathe from.

I'm bumming around on Google maps and saw this. Is it used much? Is it planned to shut down? Seems like it's a pain for everyone that has to put up with the noise.

and says "I'd like a martinus".

The bartender asks "Do you mean martini?"

The Roman replies "No, just one please."

Did he actually believe in communism? Or did he just see an opportunity to be dictator and took it? There was plenty of industrialization that needed to happen prewar and plenty of rebuilding after the war, so it's actually hard for me to see his true ideology.

I've seen stuff about Nvidia ~~cards~~ not working well with Linux, is that true?

If one was in the market for a new laptop anyway, would you recommend not getting nvidia and going with AMD?

I'm currently intrigued by the Lenovo LOQ line (full size numpad). Not buying anytime soon, just scoping out good brands and ideas.

*Primary role is laptop productivity, secondary role is maybe patient gaming, so I'm ok with budget gaming. Going Linux is not guaranteed, but maybe in the future because windows keeps getting more nuts. So I'm looking for info to make sure Linux is possible.

*I want this to last a long time, 10 years should be easy.

I assume it not completely locked down, but does it mean Google doesn't have access to everything like I assume it does with Android?

We're in an obesity epidemic and most people don't know how to cook even very basic meals.

Make space for it, squish other classes if you need. Make it mandatory, everyone has to take it. Maybe even ongoing through multiple grades.

Edit: Rice, beans, and even basic meats are cheap. To eat healthy you don't need your meal to be 100% Bell peppers and tomatoes.
