It's a limit not a minimum

Many states have "keep right except to pass" or similar signage even for three lanes. In a three lane situation I've only rarely seen the right hand lane dedicated to trucks and slower cars.

There are many reasons including neurodivergence that someone could benefit from external limitations. Infantalizing poor impulse control is ableist and condescending.

Everything I've seen has recommended working bottom to top. "Working your way up is recommended because suds will run down the wall if you start at the top, and it’ll be harder to see dirt and debris that needs to be scrubbed off."

Being biodegradable doesn't mean that it belongs in that environment. This could have messed with the native plants and animals in a bad way. The landfill isn't a great option but it is possible that it was industrially composted.

Typewriters were staggered so that the mechanical arms wouldn't collide. Your finger bends out and back linearly. Personally I prefer split keyboards or ones like the Atreus that have each half angled out, this avoids having to bend your wrists. But either way keyboards with linear columns are more ergonomic than staggered columns.

You have any data whatsoever to back that up?

This has big "You're depressed? Have you tried going for a walk?" vibes

I started running back in March and so far I've completed a few trail 5ks and a road 10k. I'm currently doing half marathon training with about 6 weeks left in the program with my big goal to run a trail 30 miler next September. Does that seem attainable?

After completing the half marathon training I'm planning on taking a few weeks rest and then starting a marathon training program.
