PC for the Game, Laptop for Satisfactory Modeller, tablet for wiki, and a paper notepad and pen for writing down numbers.

Looks nice, I like it. May steal the pillar tops idea at some point.

Some other stuff has been re-sized or model swapped as well.

Not going to use it for anything else, so may as well right? I'm sure when I can I'll add even more.

Would have been nice to have mk2 pipes, but I don't have enough power to get there yet. Dipping into the bio fuel just to keep things running.

That 4 belt stack is nice. Makes the belts compact but visible.

I don't think that plane has wheels, perhaps some kind of pullies?

Yea when I have a good power excess I will add it in. Power is a bit tight so I'll need to add new coal plants first.

Was it not part of the entertainment pack? I do remember spending so long on it and just never getting past one of the levels, turns out there was a platform that required a spring to get to.

A romance scam is typically when they befriend you through chat. Then when they think you are invested in the relationship, they will send a message that they are in distress and can you send some money to help them out. Or sometimes is a send money for flights to come a see you. Obviously they don't go anywhere beyond that and will just have more reasons to send money. The pictures of the fake person are often lifted from real people's social media. In this case it appears to be a webcam chat with someone.

It really good for people who don't have, or want, a gaming pc. It gives them the small footprint of a handheld, without being locked to a console platform.

He also recently released IXE which is a bit like 2, but with mobile units instead.

That might not rule out hidden variables, the position of the lever should be determined by the polarisation of photons from the other side of the universe. That way you can at least rule out local variables.

Look, I used to work with computers that would take 5 minutes to turn on. I'm done waiting for computers to boot, I want it to take the least time it can. If hibernation takes just 1 second off, I'm gonna use it.

So I managed to get part 1 of the day, but it took 2 seconds to run on the real input, which is a bad sign.

I can't see any kind of optimisation that means I can skip checks and know how many combinations are in those skipped checks (aside from 0.) I can bail out of branches of combinations if the info so far won't fit, but that still leads me to visiting every valid combination which in one of the examples is 500k. (And probably way more in the input, since if I can't complete the example near instantly the input is not happening.)

Right now I take the string, then replace the first instance of a ? with the two possible options. Check it matches the check digits so far then use recursion on those two strings.

I can try to optimise the matching, but I don't think that solves the real problem of visiting every combination.

I don't think (or hope) it's just bad code but this is my code so far (python.)

edit:

spoilera cache was the solution!
