until the u.s. gets their ~~drug~~ nazi problem under control, you cant work 'with' them without getting burned. they have to learn to recognize their own issue and want help with it.

he wants the country to be 'at war' so all those wartime laws that give him more power come into affect. he can lockdown the entire country and claim that when a democrat sneezes its a national security issue, and oh look at that, this ancient law says he can lock citizens up.

that and he is a literal russian asset destabilizing the united states on behalf of putin.
