the title seems like click bait. It doesn't says anywhere in the news article that autism tattoo was the reason for detention. He had 2 other tattoos which could be whatever and people who detained him would have thought of those other tattoos, not necessary of the one related to autism. Which of course doesn't excuse any deportations or police terror. Just article title is misleading.
