You might want to consider gaming on Linux. For that, neither might be a good idea, unless you want to play older games on an older ThinkPad (which a lot of Linux users like to use... a lot). If you want recommendations for Linux-specialized companies, I'd take a look at System76.
Myself and my producer, Neigsendoig, have done this using Yabridge. Despite the older versions of WINE required, it's real solid for what we do. I've been slowly producing a series of happy hardcore tracks, though using many proprietary plugins that Windows users have the luxury of using. As long as iLok DRM isn't required, you're good to go.
You can use Windows plugins with Yabridge, but you need to use WINE 9.21 or earlier due to some WINE bugs in 10 and maybe 11.
I wonder if he realized what was happening with Techlore. Some were saying that Techlore was a privacy grift for some time, and I looked into that a bit. Henry was sponsored by NordVPN, of which all videos with that were taken down, so that should tell you something.
The Hated One was correct on this matter....
Dude should ask Linux players how they can actually play games with EAC and Battleye if that box is turned on, then they'll realize that none of the cheaters use Linux (if any at all). Most, if not all of them, use Windows with specialized scripts.
I listened to a bit of this one, and boy is it something to behold.
I personally use Lemmy Today, which is a de-federated instance that relies on people using remote communities. Almost everything is uncensored, because the mods on there happened to be pretty lax with it.
Professional wrestling for me.
This is quite late since it was posted for me, but as far as I'm personally aware, I apparently have some heart things happening. This is due to seed oils, but I get that nonsense out for the most part (I still have some Cashews with peanut oil on them, but I'm nor sure if peanut oil is a seed oil), which in turn has been known to cause abnormal clots in the heart due to the omaga-6 fatty acids and PUFAs. Other issues are attributed to the O6 and PUFA stuff as well too, not just heart things.
I did some research on that, and apparently, there was suspicion on my end that I had a risk of some heart issue (likely not a myocardio infaction [heart attack], but I was treating as if I was at risk) that turned out to be rare, but probable. Specifically, seed oils can, and have been known to, cause some form of visceral fat to form around the heart. On top of that, since these were tortilla chips made with corn, either canola and/or sunflower oil (sunflower oil is high in linoleic acid), that wouldn't treat my heart too well.
Years ago, I went to have it checked to see if there was an issue with it due to pain when I laughed, and there was nothing. Boy was it wrong, though no traumatic heart events since then. It could be just solar activity (which is a factor), though otherwise, that's just something odd to me. It still is, and I do think I have some form of risk of a traumatic heart event, just unlikely with the way I eat.
You're not out of touch. Myself and Neigsendoig also don't use TikTok (and likely never will). Neigsendoig is 2002, so slightly older than him, but not by much.
